Care for an active community
Westchase is known for its golf course, walkable West Park Village and neighborhoods full of runners, cyclists and youth sports. That lifestyle is a lot like our patients: people who want to stay active, not just get through the day.
Our team includes Dr. Theresa Troiani, DC, CCSP, a certified chiropractic sports physician and triathlete, so sports injuries and performance concerns are a big part of what we do.

What Westchase patients come in for
- Sports and training injuries: running, cycling, golf, tennis, youth and adult league sports
- Back and neck pain from long days at a desk or behind the wheel
- Tendon and soft-tissue pain that has not settled down, such as plantar fasciitis or tennis elbow
- Disc problems and sciatica, including non-surgical spinal decompression when an exam shows it fits
For golfers, we look at how the low back, hips and upper back move during the swing, then combine hands-on care with exercises to help you move more comfortably. Results vary from person to person.

Care we provide
Common questions
Do you treat youth athletes?
Yes. We evaluate and treat athletes of many ages. A parent or guardian should come to the first visit for patients under 18.
Can chiropractic help golfers with back pain?
Many golfers with mechanical back pain do well with a plan that combines hands-on care, mobility work and exercises. Your exam determines whether this approach fits you, and results vary.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to see a chiropractor in Florida. If you are using insurance, our team can check your benefits first.
This page is general information, not medical advice. Every patient starts with a history and examination, and we refer to other specialists when a condition falls outside chiropractic care.
