WHAT NOUVADERM TREATS
NOUVADerm's 1927nm fractional resurfacing is used to address unwanted pigmentation and sun-related discoloration. Treatment depth can be adjusted to match the concern and your preferred recovery time.
Fractional resurfacing is designed to support collagen remodeling, helping improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and overall skin texture over the weeks following treatment.
NOUVADerm can be used for acne scarring and other textural scarring by resurfacing the skin at a depth selected for the individual concern and downtime tolerance.

Your provider can select among three treatment depths depending on your skin concern and downtime tolerance.
Lower-downtime resurfacing for patients prioritizing a gentler recovery.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your provider assesses your skin, goals and tolerance for downtime, then selects the appropriate mode.
The fractional laser passes over the treatment area. Most sessions run about 30–60 minutes depending on area size.
Downtime ranges from minimal with non-ablative settings to several days with more aggressive resurfacing.
Skin continues to improve over the following weeks as remodeling occurs, with visible change commonly developing over 2–6 weeks.
