START WITH YOUR GOAL

Wellness pathways organized around what you want to improve.

Peptide and metabolic care should begin with the objective, the medical history and the available evidence — not with a prebuilt stack. These pathways help frame the conversation before a licensed clinician decides whether any therapy is appropriate.

01

METABOLIC

Body Composition & Metabolic Health

Evaluation may focus on appetite regulation, metabolic health, body composition and sustainable weight-management goals.

02

RECOVERY

Recovery & Physical Performance

For active adults and athletes exploring medically appropriate strategies around recovery capacity, training tolerance and performance goals.

CELLULAR

Energy, Vitality & Healthy Aging

A broader wellness pathway focused on cellular energy, resilience, healthy aging and biomarker-informed optimization.

COGNITIVE

Focus, Sleep & Resilience

For patients whose goals include better recovery from stress, sleep quality, mental clarity or day-to-day cognitive performance.

Skin, Hair & Whole-Body Wellness

Where wellness and aesthetics overlap: clinician-guided options may be considered alongside skin, hair and healthy-aging goals.

WHAT PEPTIDES ARE

Small signaling molecules. Very different levels of evidence.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that can act as signaling molecules in the body. In medicine, some peptide-based drugs are FDA-approved for specific indications, while other therapies discussed in wellness settings may be compounded or investigational.

That distinction matters. The appropriate compound, formulation, route and monitoring plan depend on the individual, the indication, the evidence and the clinician’s judgment.

Important: compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Eligibility and prescribing decisions belong to the licensed medical clinician.

CLINICAL REVIEW MAY INCLUDE

  • 01Health history and current goals
  • 02Medication and supplement review
  • 03Contraindication and risk screening
  • 04Labs or biomarker testing when appropriate
  • 05Follow-up based on response and tolerance

HOW IT WORKS

A clear path from interest to clinical decision.

The medical portion of peptide and metabolic care is intentionally separated from Advanced Spine and A2. Independent licensed telehealth providers evaluate, prescribe and manage treatment when appropriate.

01

Complete Your Intake

Share your goals, health history, medications, prior therapies and relevant clinical information.

02

Licensed Clinician Review

An independent medical provider evaluates eligibility, risks, and whether additional information or testing is needed.

03

Plan & Fulfillment

If treatment is prescribed, the clinician selects the appropriate therapy and a licensed pharmacy partner handles fulfillment.

04

Follow & Reassess

Clinical follow-up is used to evaluate response, tolerance, goals and whether the plan should change.

THE STANDARD

Education before enthusiasm.

Peptide wellness is a fast-moving area. We prefer a more measured approach: understand the goal, distinguish approved therapy from compounded or investigational options, screen the patient appropriately and avoid claims that exceed the evidence.

01

No automatic prescribing

Submitting an intake does not guarantee treatment.

02

No research-use-only products

Clinical treatment should come through legitimate medical and pharmacy channels.

03

No one-size-fits-all stacks

Goals and medical context determine what is appropriate to consider.

04

Athletes need extra diligence

Competitive athletes should independently verify prohibited-substance status with their governing body before treatment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What patients usually want to know first.

These answers are general education. Your licensed clinician determines what applies to you.

Are all peptide therapies FDA-approved?

No. Some peptide-based prescription medicines are FDA-approved for specific indications. Other therapies discussed in wellness settings may be compounded or investigational. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Who actually prescribes treatment?

Prescribing is handled by an independent licensed telehealth medical provider. Advanced Spine & Injury Center and A2 Advanced Aesthetics do not directly prescribe or ship telehealth peptide medications.

Will I need lab work?

Sometimes. The need for laboratory testing depends on your medical history, goals, the therapy being considered and the clinician’s judgment.

Can athletes use peptide therapies?

Competitive athletes should be especially cautious. Some peptide hormones, growth factors and related substances are prohibited by anti-doping organizations. Athletes are responsible for verifying the rules that apply to their sport.

Does completing an intake mean I will receive medication?

No. Treatment is provided only when an independent licensed clinician determines that it is medically appropriate.
