Our office participates in most health insurance plans. Because there are so many plans and coverage differences, please call us to find out whether your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
Auto accident (PIP) & personal injury
We accept auto accident and personal injury cases. Florida PIP (Personal Injury Protection) coverage often applies after a car accident. See auto accident injury care and complete the personal injury intake form before your first visit.
Workers’ compensation
Hurt on the job? We accept workers’ compensation cases. Bring your claim information, and our team will help coordinate with your employer’s carrier.
No insurance or limited coverage
If you have little or no chiropractic coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Many patients pay directly for care and find it cost-effective and affordable.
CareCredit® for chiropractic care
We accept CareCredit, a health care credit card that can help you pay for care over time. If you already have a CareCredit card, you can use it at our office. If not, ask our front desk how to apply. Approval, financing terms and any promotional offers are set by CareCredit.
Family plans
We can create a customized family plan so caring for the important people in your life stays easy and affordable.
Advanced Aesthetics financing through 
For aesthetic treatments at A2 Advanced Aesthetics, financing is available through Cherry, so you can spread the cost of your treatment plan into monthly payments. Ask our team about it at your consultation. Approval and terms are set by Cherry.
