These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of advancedspinechiropractic.com and its pages, including our promotional and patient pages (the “Site”), operated by Advanced Spine & Injury Center and A2 Advanced Aesthetics (together, “we,” “us” or “our”), 10205 Wilsky Blvd., Tampa, FL 33625. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information only — not medical advice

Everything on the Site, including articles, condition pages, treatment descriptions, videos and downloadable guides, is for general education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for an examination by a qualified provider. Do not ignore professional advice or delay care because of something you read on the Site.

Visiting the Site, calling us, sending a message, using web chat or booking a request online does not by itself create a doctor–patient or provider–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you are seen and accepted as a patient.

2. Emergencies

The Site, web chat, text messages and social media are not monitored for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Appointments and online booking

Online booking is provided through our patient-communication partner, Aloha (formerly ReviewWave). A booking request is confirmed only when our office confirms it. Appointment times, availability and office hours can change. Please call us if you need to cancel or reschedule; our office will explain any cancellation or missed-appointment policy when you book or at your first visit.

4. Patient forms and the information you give us

Please give accurate and complete information on intake forms and when you contact us. Our online intake forms are provided through Aloha under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. Please do not send sensitive medical information through web chat, social media messages or other non-secure channels. How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and health information you provide as a patient is also governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at our office.

5. Text messages and email

If you give us your mobile number (for example, when booking, completing a form or starting a web chat), you agree that we may send you text messages about your appointments, forms, care and reviews of our office. Marketing texts, such as special offers, are sent only if you have agreed to receive them. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase or treatment.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call our office.
• Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.

6. Specials, pricing and promotions

• Promotional offers (for example, monthly specials) are valid only for the dates and terms stated on that offer, while availability lasts.
• Prices shown on the Site are for self-pay services unless stated otherwise and can change without notice. Offers have no cash value and cannot be applied to past purchases unless the offer says so.
• Your eligibility for any treatment is decided by a licensed provider at consultation. An offer is not a promise that a treatment is right for you.
• If a price or offer on the Site contains a typing or pricing error, we may correct it; we will tell you before you pay.

7. Results vary

Every person is different. Treatment results, recovery times and the number of sessions needed vary from person to person, and no specific result is guaranteed. Before-and-after photos, patient reviews and examples on the Site show individual experiences and are not a promise of the same outcome.

8. Peptide and metabolic wellness services

Information about peptide and metabolic wellness programs is educational. Evaluation and any prescribing are done by independent licensed providers through telehealth, based on their own medical judgment. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Not everyone qualifies, and a provider may decline to prescribe.

9. Insurance and payment

Insurance, auto/PIP, workers’ compensation and other coverage information on the Site is general. Coverage depends on your plan, your claim and your carrier’s decisions. Any estimate we give is not a guarantee of payment, and you are responsible for amounts your coverage does not pay, as explained in our financial policies.

10. Our content

The Site’s text, photos, videos, logos, graphics and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, republish or sell Site content without our written permission. Product and device names (such as NOUVADerm and Scarlet PRO) belong to their owners and are used only to describe the treatments we offer.

11. Using the Site

Please do not misuse the Site, including by trying to access parts of it you are not authorized to use, interfering with its operation, sending spam or harmful code, or submitting false information or another person’s information without permission.

12. Other websites and services

The Site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Aloha booking and forms, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and our supplement store. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the Site, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This section applies to your use of the Site only. It does not limit any rights you have as a patient or any responsibility that cannot be limited under Florida law.

15. Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use the Site. If you have trouble reading or using any page, please call us and we will help you get the information or service you need.

16. Florida law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
